Job Description
Candidate must have Electrical Degree with minimum 5 years Operations & Maintenance experience preferably in a Shopping Mall.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Daily meeting with Facility Manager
Daily facility rounds.
Preparing log sheets & maintaining the service reports for all equipment
Co-ordination & follow up with all vendors.
Preparing daily reports & reporting to OCS management & Client.
Preparing critical equipment SOP’s.
Inventory control
Co-ordination with Operation & Maintenance teams.
Timely reporting on failure equipment & appropriate measures for rectification.
Timely reporting of daily activities of operation, maintenance of Egg. relative
Equipment & energy.
Consumption report (electrical & fuel) to Client.
Daily briefing/Debriefing of Engineering person during shift hand over.
Tracking of shift schedule for maintenance team for 24x7 operation & maintenance.
Handling emergency situations & crisis management.
Follow up with Project dept. for any pending works and snag list.
To handle situation in the absence of Chief Engineer.
