Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
• Act as a natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to excel.
• Take full responsibility for store operations and lead by example, promoting a sense of ownership and accountability among team members.
• Effectively guide, mentor, and address team members to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.
• Understand the unique strengths and potential of each team member and assign roles strategically to maximize their contribution and growth.
Conflict Resolution & Support
• Handle complaints and resolve problems professionally, ensuring every situation is managed calmly and respectfully.
• Deescalate heated situations with tact and diplomacy, protecting the store's reputation and maintaining a positive environment.
• Provide unwavering support to the team, ensuring they feel confident and secure in their roles.
Operational Efficiency
• Monitor and manage daily schedules, ensuring appropriate break durations and proper coverage during peak and non-peak hours.
• Promote and enforce company policies consistently and fairly, maintaining a professional and compliant workplace.
• Supply the store with required checklists and operational documents, such as expiry logs, waste records, and daily chore lists, to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
Inventory & Stock Management
• Oversee inventory levels, accurately read order lists, and place stock orders in a timely manner to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization throughout the store, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Training & Quality Assurance
• Achieve an average score of 100% on all YOYO! tests to set a high standard for operational and product knowledge.
• Provide ongoing training to the team to ensure they stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product details.
